Preset and Firmware downloads are in MIDI SysEx format. You will need a MIDI librarian to send the files to the Axe-Fx.
For PC's we recommend the utility MIDI-OX.
For Mac's we recommend the utility SyxeEx by Snoize.

Follow the instructions in the readme file included in the .zip file carefully. Failure to follow these instructions can result in rendering your unit non-functional.
The new firmware may have new paramters that may be initialized with unkown values when recalling presets saved with earlier revisions. Be sure to audition your presets carefully after installing the new firmware and set the new parameters to the desired values. Also verify your MIDI configuration options as these may have changed.
